It worked perfectly, and was very helpful for booking campground reservations while on the road and finding attractions to visit when we arrived to a new place. I was able to talk to a person at the company to find the plan best suited to us before renting, and to answer questions that we had along the way.

Although I rented the phone to be in touch with work using a French SIM card, my daughter ended up hospitalized in France and this phone was my lifeline. I have used Dyal Rental for 2 years now. They are very efficient, very responsive and easy to ‎communicate with. I order the phones, they come in the mail, I use them as needed and ship them back. I then get my deposit back. I've had no issues and would recommend Dyal Rental for any short term communications needs.

My personal phone died with two months left on my contract -- I didn't want to buy a full-priced new phone at that point, but also didn't want to be stuck with a dumbphone for the remainder.
